Like we know she was abused and the wedding was her only hope of escaping this. She was disrespected on the day of her wedding and immediately abandoned by her husband in favor of another woman.
The other woman being elize and a sweet person was not a justifiable victim but OG couldn’t act against her husband, he was a future duke and she couldn’t afford to go back home.

She was a woman who never knew love and when given the slightest hope of affection and happiness had to see it quashed immediately.

Imagine if Og heard that discution too? Her being just a hostage that would only remain for a time.

What does it mean for a noblewoman? If her wedding is broken she could never wed again, her family would hold it against her and she would be abused even more, maybe killed? No matter what she would never again have any hope of hapiness love or freedom.
