The blonde is annoying i agree because she is… very selfish ^^’ and does not take into account all the harm she may be doing.
She is not evil at least but she clearly has no way of understanding other and is causing a LOT of harm for that.
But the true evil is her father; he visibly was not kind to her in her past life and he is just an all around monster.
If he was a normal king and not a tyrant then her behavior would just be… harmless stress of a visibly traumatised kid.
