Summary

The storyline starts out promising – we have a clever FL/ML pair maneuvering treacherous palace life. It starts to get somewhat irritating when the side-villains and their weak, over-the-top motivation comes in (feeling overly jealous to the point of killing random ppl for unclear benefits or trying to obsess a fiance, that was already secured by trying to destroying her whole family does not really make sense)… feels like there are two wiriters involved, a good one for the general story line and someone else for the execution and fillers. Not bad overall, but a pity the storyline is needlessly dragged down a few notches – generous 4 stars from me:)
